There are several ways of making payments for insurance policies.
General Insurance Policies
Annually in advance
By internet – If you have a bank account which has an internet banking facility, you can pay by either BPay or EFT to NAS Insurance Brokers Westpac bank account, using your Tax Invoice number as the reference. The BSB number and Account number are shown on the Tax Invoice. Your bank will generate a receipt number which you can print out if you wish.
By credit card – ring us on (07) 5522 9855 or if you are calling from outside the Gold Coast area, on 1300 657 224. VISA and MasterCard are both accepted. We can post you a receipt if requested.
By post – send a cheque or Post Office money order made out to “NAS Insurance Brokers” to us at P O Box 5040, Mermaid Waters Qld 4218. Please write the Tax Invoice number on the back of the cheque and post with the payment slip.
By cash – at any Westpac Bank by depositing a payment using the same NAS Insurance Brokers BSB and Account no. used for EFT payments. IMPORTANT – you must use the last 7 numbers on the Tax Invoice as the reference with your payment so that it can be matched correctly to the invoice. Then please telephone us or email us with the amount paid and the reference no. you used after you have made a payment so that we can inform NAS accounts department to make sure they match up for the payment.
Monthly in advance
We can arrange payments for you over 10 months from your nominated financial institution by direct debit through a Premium Funding company. There are interest charges and stamp duty and an account fee applies. Please provide us with the Account name, the BSB no. and the Account no. either by email or telephone.
You can set up a credit card for these payments, however, a 2% credit card fee is added to each monthly payment.
Monthly payments for Strata Insurance (for Bodies Corporate) is not available unless the Body Corporate has an account at a financial institution in its own name. Life Insurance Policies
By credit card - yearly, half-yearly, quarterly or monthly from a VISA or MasterCard.
By direct debit - yearly, half-yearly, quarterly or monthly by direct debit from a financial institution.
By post - yearly or half-yearly by cheque or Post Office money order posted direct to the Insurer.
